Ramkota Hotel Pierre

I didn’t eat breakfast there because I thought it was too expensive. Our room request for ground floor was honored, so I appreciated that because I use an oxygen concentrator at night which weighs 40 pounds.

Great food! Shout out to our server Jess. She was kind enough to give me one of her water enhancers ( watermelon)yum.Service fantastic from Jess and Trista! Trista made check in a breeze! The pool and hot tub were AMAZING and clean. Breakfast had alot of nice options. The rooms were spotless ,beds super comfortable and great water pressure for showers!!And they are pet friendly to! This will be our hotel moving forward, anytime we make a trek to Deadwood. This is an older hotel. So don't expect the "Ritz" but they are doing upgrades. These will take them some time. But you can tell everyone that works there ,cares! Says alot about this company.

We chose the hotel for the hot tub and pool. We knew it was going to be closed the next day for renovations but when we got there the hot tub was closed. Talk to three different people with 3 different answers on the situation.

Staff was helpful and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the on-site restaurant and bar after a long day's travel (fish tacos were excellent); the fresh drinking water dispenser at the front desk; and being able to make my own waffle at breakfast bar.
